You can view workspace approval requests assigned to you and awaiting your approval or rejection by following these steps

  1. Select the My approval request link from the top navigation menu or the task link options within the body of the Homepage. This show you the My approval requests page with a list of your assigned apporval requests with details including:
  • Request ID - uniquely identifies the approval request
  • Type - identifies the type of approval request
  • Status - the current status of the approval request
  • Description - short description and reason why the workspace request was made
  • Requested by - user who raised the workspace approval request
